Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data GetDecision ("we", "us") collects when you use getdecision.ai and the app at app.getdecision.ai, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Data we collect

• Account data. Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google shares with us. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
• Content you submit. The task descriptions, optional context and files you provide are processed to run your searches and generate prompts, and are stored in your account history so you can revisit past results.
• Usage and billing data. Credit balance and a ledger of credit movements, subscription status, and technical logs (timestamps, request identifiers, IP-derived rate-limiting keys) needed to operate and secure the Service.
• Payment data. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details. We only receive order/subscription status and the email used at checkout.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service (run searches and generations, keep your history, maintain your credit balance), to process payments and prevent abuse, to send transactional email (signup confirmation, password reset, receipts), and to notify our team of new registrations. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

3. AI processing

Your task text (and relevant excerpts of uploaded files) is sent to third-party AI model providers (via OpenRouter, Anthropic and OpenAI APIs) solely to produce your results. We do not permit these providers to use your content for training under their API terms.

4. Service providers

We rely on: Supabase (authentication and database), Railway and Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), Lemon Squeezy (payments, merchant of record), Resend (transactional email), Plausible (privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics; no personal data or cross-site identifiers collected), AI model providers as described above, and error/performance monitoring of our own infrastructure. Each receives only the data needed for its function.

5. Retention and deletion

Account data, history and the credit ledger are kept while your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing [email protected] from your account address; we complete deletion within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Cookies and local storage

The app uses local storage strictly for keeping you signed in and remembering interface preferences (such as theme). Our analytics (Plausible) is cookieless. Neither the marketing site nor the app sets advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact us and we will honour applicable requests.

8. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
