Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GetDecision, a web application available at app.getdecision.ai and described at getdecision.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

GetDecision searches a database of prompt-engineering techniques extracted from published AI research, evaluates which techniques best fit the task you describe, and generates prompts you can use with third-party AI models. Results are produced by AI systems and are provided for informational purposes; you are responsible for how you use them.

2. Accounts

Registration is free with email or Google sign-in. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

3. Credits

• The Service uses prepaid credits as its internal currency. Actions inside the app (searches, prompt generations) deduct credits at the prices shown in the app before you commit to an action.
• New accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits (enough for one full search).
• Continued use requires a monthly subscription. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance: on every successful renewal your balance is refreshed up to your plan’s allowance. Unused subscription credits do not roll over; a refresh never lowers your balance. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Active subscribers can additionally buy one-time top-up packs. Pack credits do not expire and are kept even when the monthly refresh happens.
• Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy; purchased credits and subscription refreshes are applied to your account automatically after payment.
• Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money (except as described in our Refund Policy).
• If a paid action fails on our side (for example, a model provider error), the credits for that action are automatically returned to your balance.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: abuse, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the Service; attempt to bypass credit accounting, rate limits or access controls; use the Service to produce content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its design and software are our property. The prompts generated for you are yours to use without restriction. Underlying research techniques referenced by the Service belong to their respective authors and are used with attribution to published sources.

6. Beta status and availability

The Service is provided on a beta basis, "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change. We rely on third-party AI providers whose availability and output quality are outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated output.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Trademarks and independence

GetDecision is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek or any other AI model provider. Model names referenced in the Service are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the third-party models available for prompt generation.
